Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

- —Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
- —We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
Refund Process
- —Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- —If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production or shipping has not yet started. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
